Gugulethu Sofia Mbatha is more recognized by her stage and screen name Gugu Mbatha Raw. Gugu became famous after appearing in the BBC television series of science fiction called Doctor Who. Gugu's role in the show as Tish Jones was very popular. Tish Jones is the younger sister of Martha Jones. Gugu's viewers loved her openness and she was soon in the process of establishing the long-running career of acting. Chelsea Joy Handler born 25th February 1975 Livingston New Jersey. She was one of the youngest six children. Handler lived in a household of six children. Her mother worked at home and her father sold used cars. Her mother was the daughter of a German Immigrant, who immigrated to the United States in 1958. In 1989 Handler was diagnosed with cancer, and passed away ten years afterward. Handler's father is Jewish so she brought up Reform Judaism. Handler enjoyed a pleasant and healthy life being raised in a wealthy area. At the age of 19, Handler relocated into Los Angeles to pursue her acting career. Handler had to turn into an actress to live. Handler began to do stand-up comedy full-time after she was 21. She had discovered that she was gifted with telling stories. Her career began with an acting gig in the cast that included all females on the Oxygen channel's reality television show Girls acting poorly. The show was a combination of hidden cameras as well as practical humor. The show was broadcast from 2002 to2005. Handler was a part of several shows, including Weekends at D.L. The Bernie Mac Show The Practice and My Wife and Kids. Handler began her career as a journalist for The Tonight Show. Handler was given her first major break in the form of hosting her own E! Show in 2006. The show was named the Chelsea Handler Series. The show ran for 2 seasons. In the following year, Handler performed on the Comedy Central's Hour Stand-Up Comedy Tour in the United States. VH1, Comedy Central Premium Blend & HBO have broadcast Handler's standup performances. In 2010 she hosted the MTV Video Music Awards 2010 were revealed. The only woman ever to host the VMAs following Roseanne Bar.
